Poha Black Channa soaked overnight Peanuts soaked overnight Green peas Vegetable of your choice Ghee 3 grams Salt Haldi Chill powder a pinch Gram masala pinch Salt Chilly green Curry leaves Coriander Hing mustard seeds

Method

Step 1

Wash the Pova, take a add little Ghee add mustard seeds. Then you add onions, green chilly curry leaves. Then you add the soaked chana, peanuts, peas and the vegetables of your choice. Then add the washed poha. Some coriander salt Haldi Garam masala a pinch of chilli powder and mix it well. Cover it at salt, and you hear you go. You have a high protein poha
