80 gm veggies (cauliflower, capsicum, carrot)
20 gm paneer
100 ml low fat milk
50 gm pasta
5 gm oil
garlic cloves
oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder

Begin by boiling the cauliflower until it's tender, then strain it. Blend the cooked cauliflower with gm paneer, garlic cloves, and ml low fat milk until smooth.
Cook the gm pasta in salted water then drain it.
In a pan, heat gm oil and sauté chopped carrots and capsicum until they are slightly tender. Add the blended cauliflower mixture to the pan.
Season the sauce with oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper powder tsp each. Add salt as needed.
Finally, mix in the boiled pasta, stirring well to combine everything. Serve hot.
