Rice raw- 70gm
Green beans - 100gm
Egg- 1
Chicken boneless- 60gm
Cabbage- 100gm
Capsicum- 20gm
Butter- 20gm
Dry spices: salt, pepper, cumin seeds, cumin powder, chat masala
Celery/ Spring Onion- 3gm
First cut and clean the chicken and marinate it with salt and pepper powder for about minutes.
Beat the egg in a bowl and fry it in a pan adding gm butter. cook it until it's golden brown on both sides. let it cool down and then, cut it into small pieces using kitchen scissors.
In the same pan, add chicken and some water and let it cook for about minutes.
Meanwhile, in a pan add remaining butter and cumin seeds and let it crackle for sometime. Afterwards, add the beans (clean and cut into small pieces), cabbage and capsicum. let it saute for sometime. Add all the dry spices and saute for another minutes.
Once the chicken is done, shred it and add to the above mixture along with egg omlet.
In a deep pan, boil the rice for minutes and then rinse it with cold water.
Add rice and mix it well. lastly, simmer it for minutes.
Garnish with celery or spring onion and Enjoy!
