. Soak the cauliflower florets in hot water with salt and turmeric for minutes . Grind g of onion , ginger and garlic and transfer it into a bowl ( paste ) . Grind g of onion, g tomatoes and cashews into a smooth paste ( paste ) . Drain out the water from cauliflower and allow it to dry on a cloth . Take a pan and add g of ghee , once the ghee gets heated add the cauliflower and let it cook , keep stirring it in between and wait till it turns golden brown and tender . Take an other pan and add g ghee . Add bay leaf , cinnamon, cardamom, jeera and wait for the jeera to splatter . Add paste one and fry for mins . Add paste and fry for about mins till ghee separates . Mix chilly powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and turmeric powder in water and add it to the pan with both the pastes . Cook on a medium flame till the raw smell goes . Add the ground coconut milk . Add Garam masala and sauté for mins . Now add the cooked cauliflower . Diced onion and capsicum . Wait till the capsicum is cooked properly . Add kasuri methi . Serve hot with chapati/rice /dosa
