125gm prawns deveined Oil 7gm Garlic minced (7-8 medium cloves) Chopped coriander Dried parsley Garlic powder Oregano Black pepper Lemon juice Salt to taste
Step . Marinate the prawns with minced garlic,minced coriander,dried parsley,garlic powder,oregano,black pepper,lime juice and salt. Steps . Skew them into small toothpicks. Step . Heat a non stick pan ,add oil and fry it one side till golden brown and flip to other side . Prawns can be overcooked easily so -mins each side .
