Pan seared Garlic Kasuri Methi Chicken Ingredients / chicken breast tsp ginger garlic paste tsp garlic powder tsp kasuri methi /tsp Himalayan Pink salt / tsp olive oil + / tsp olive oil deep bottomed flat pan Steps . In a deep bowl add half chicken breast and add all spices with oil. Smear all well to rest for - minutes . Heat up the flat bottomed pan and add / tsp olive oil . Add olive oil and let it heat up in half a minute. . Now add the marinated chicken breast and let it dear on each side for about - minutes by covering the pan with lid . Ensure that each side cooks well . Now place the cooked chicken breast for a minute on a wooden cutting board to cut it into pieces . Cut pieces and set aside Garbanzo Beans Yogurt Salad Ingredients cup fresh pre-pressure cooked Garbanzo Beans tbsp Greek yogurt small tomato chopped finely / medium onion chopped finely deseeded green chili finely chopped pinches Himalayan pink salt pinch dark brown sugar For Buddha Bowl Other Ingredients small pear sliced fists washed fresh spinach leaves / peeled+sliced cucumber pinch red chili powder tsp Chinese Spicy Tofu Hummus Garnish tsp Greek yogurt Steps . Pressure cook garbanzo beans in advance / hour before the recipe . In a deep bowl, add cooked Garbanzo Beans, Greek yogurt, finely chopped tomato, onion, green chili, salt and sugar and gently fold to have a nice garbanzo bean yogurt salad. . Keep it aside in a bowl Buddha Bowl Assembly . In a wide bottomed bowl, add spinach leaves at the base . Assemble pan seared garlic kasuri metji chicken, sliced pear, sliced cucumber, garbanzo bean yogurt salad, Chinese spicy tofu hummus sprinkled with red chili powder, .
