Garam masala : As per taste
Chilli powder : As per taste
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder :2 pinch
Curry leaves :15-20
Coriander powder: as per taste
Corriander leaves : 1 handfull
Oil or ghee :within macros
Cumin seeds
Lemon juice :1spoon
Chicken Marination: . Add chicken pieces to bowl . Add salt . Add turmeric powder . Add chilli powder . Add garam masala .Add corriander powder . Mix well and set aside for hours COOKING: . Heat pan . Add ghee . Add cumin seeds and curry leaves . Saute well . Add garlic crushed . Saute . Add marinated chicken . Fry well till chicken is cooked . Add garam masala and chilli powder on top and cook for few more mins until chicken in soft . Add lime juice and mix well . Add corriander leaves chopped on top and mix well and serve hot
