Raw Rice-210 grams
Cooked rice - 70 grams
Grated Coconut

Pan/Tawa should have a slightly deep bottom, not a flat pan.
Oil - 10 grams
Soak rice for - hours.
Grind it with cooked rice,coconut, salt and little water.
It should be a thick paste, like dosa batter.
Let it rest for - minutes.
Before preparing the dosa add half tsp of baking soda and mix well gently.
Heat the pan on medium flame and lightly grease it with a drop of oil.
Pour ladle full of batter in the centre, but do not spread.
Once you start seeing perforations on the dosa, cover it and cook on slow flame for minutes. Flip and cook of necessary.
