20gms Flattened Rice/Poha
1/2 banana (approx 60gms)
1scoop Vanilla Whey
10 gms unseeded dates
150ml OatMilk (you can use any)
Saffron
Cardamom
Soak Poha in hot water for mins , then drain out excess water.
Add Milk in it with some cardamom powder and dates and let it cook on medium flame till - boil comes.
Remove pan from flame and add the scoop of whey, mix it well ( You can add more milk to adjust consistency).
Add mashed bananas and cook the whole mixture for - mins more with constant stirring.
Garnish with saffron strands or you can add nuts if it fits your macros. Let it cool down for a while and Enjoy‼️
