Recipe Wash soya bean n mung beans - times.Soak soya bean and mung beans together for - hours. After soaking it discard the soaked water n grind it adding, coariander leaves, green chillies, ginger and salt.... add little water while grinding. Now heat a nonstick tawa and made chilla using few drops of ghee. Garnish the chila with grated paneer, carrot and finely chopped tomatoes. and serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
