Ingredients

Quantity for two person: Foxtail millet - 60gm Soya chunks - 30 gm Chana dal - 20gm Ghee- 10gm Onion - 50gm Tomato- 50 gm Garlic - 5 gm Ginger-5 gm Curd 15 gm Veggies (green beans and British courgette)- 150 gm Salad- ( radish, carrot, cucumber, cherry tomato) Coriander

Method

Step 1

Foxtail millet - Take millet in a cooker and add water double Of the millet Amount and a tsp Of salt as per taste and let it cook on medium flame with whistles. Soya dal curry- Add soya chunks and salt in boiling water and boil them till soya chunks swell up. And then drain water from the soya chunks, keep it aside Take gm of ghee add cumin seeds when it crackle add curry leaves , ginger garlic and onion sauté them and then add tomatoes and add all masalas turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala , salt and mix it well . Add soaked Chana dal and boiled soya chunks in the above paste and add a cup of water and cook it for - whistles on medium flame. Garnish with coriander . Sauté veggies - Take gm veggies , I have taken courgette and green French beans . Sauté in a gm butter and cover the veggies with lid for some minutes till they get steamed and then in the last add salt as per taste. Green coriander chutney - Take washed Coriander leaves , add tsp curd, tsp roasted cumin seeds , salt as per taste. Grind in a mixture .
