62 gm multi grain Brown bread with 15+% protein
3 large eggs
15 gm Gran padano cheese
5 ml Ghee (optional)
2 pinch Cinnamon powder
2 pinch Flax seeds powder
Take the multi-grain brown bread with % or more protein and toast it with/ without ghee (normally i go without, opted for ghee to make the picture better but now realizing could have used any of the effects available here) . Hard boil the eggs ( white and one whole). don't cool them. peel when hot. will add to taste. . Add some cinnamon powder and if available flax seeds powder on top of eggs apart from salt, black pepper, red pepper and jeera powder. . Grate Gran Padano cheese (% protein) on top u have a filling breakfast ready.
