150 ml milk 100gm apple 3 piece almonds for garnishing A pinch of cardmum powder

Method

Step 1

Take a mixer grinder or chopper . Put all ingredients except almond and grind it until smooth . Garnish with some almonds . Ready to drink.. Tummy full breakfast on fasting day
