Raw Soya chunks-20g
Besan -5g
Garlic pods - 2-3
Ginger- half inch piece
Green chilli-1
Any veggies like cabbage,spinach finely chopped-100g
Onion-1 small (70g)
Tomato-1 small (70g)
Salt
Turmeric powder
Dhania jeera powder
Red chilli powder
Coconut oil / oil of your choice- 6g
Baking soda/ powder- 1 pinch ( optional)
Grind raw soya chunks with one green chilli, - garlic cloves, half inch ginger
Finely chop veggies, onion, tomato
Mix besan ,chopped veggies,soya chunks powder ,chilli powder, turmeric powder, cummin powder, corriander powder,any other masala of your choice ,add salt
Mix nicely,add water slowly to make batter like dosa batter, not very thick or not too thin
Brush oil on nonstick pan, spread mixture like chilla or omelette
Cover with lid till one side is done, turn and add remaining oil and fry other side till crispy and brown without covering with lid
Enjoyyyy with green chutney or homemade ketchup ( ketchup/ chutney macros not included )
