Ingredients

Boiled eggs

Paneer

Tomatoes

Onions

Garam masala

unrefined cooking oil

curry leaves and fresh coriander

salt, turmeric powder and chillie powder as per taste

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan ( TSP)

Step 2

add onions (chopped) and tomatoes (small cut)

Step 3

add salt and turmeric powder (as per taste)

Step 4

close lid and cook till mushy

Step 5

add spices & garam masala (as per taste)

Step 6

add required water (as per consistency required)

Step 7

close and cook ( mins)

Step 8

add sliced paneer (gm) and egg + egg whites

Step 9

close lid and cook for - mins and turn off stove
