Dry spices - salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder
Onion - 20gm
In a pan, add oil (gm) and make an omelette by whisking two eggs together. Let it cool down and cut into small pieces.
Boil the tuwar beans until it’s semi soft and keep it aside.
To the same pan, add remaining oil, chopped onion and tomatoes and let it sauté for minutes. Then add chopped carrot, cluster beans (guvar) and boiled beans along with dry spices. Let it cook until veggies are semi crunchy.
Now, add water and rice and let the rice cook. Add chopped onion greens and grate some cheese for garnishing. Enjoy 😋 Pair it with curd or yogurt. Note : Macros of cheese not included
