Ingredients

For Curry: Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chillis, Spices, Paneer(150Gms I used), Peas(30 Gms), Tomato paste

For Chapati: 30 Gms wheat Flour , 30 gms Soya Chunks Powder

Method

Step 1

For Curry: ) Chop One medium size Onion, Cloves Garlic, Ginger as per your requirement, Green Chillis Mix them all together. ) Put Pan on flame, put olive oil to gms or you can use ghee or butter. Add spoon jeera saute it. Add all chopped mixture in the pan saute them till onion become brown on medium flame. ) Now add spices spoon Turmeric, spoon Chilli powder or you can add less if you don't want to eat too spicy, spoon jeera powder, spoon coriander powder.Saute them till they get cooked and sprinkle little water on it so that they don't get burn. ) Add tomato paste as per your taste. Mix it well and add salt again as per your taste it will start leaving water cook it well in steam for to minutes. ) Add peas and cook in steam for to minutes. ) Check once cooked off the flame and add paneer and add some garam masala and cook for to minutes theb serve it. Tip:Add paneer before serving otherwise sometime it break-down.

Step 2

For Chapati: ) Add gms Wheat Flour, Gms Soya chunks Powder together mix it well. )Add a pinch of salt for taste. ) Make a dhow and after sometime make chapati with good soft hands otherwise it will break. ) Cook it on low flame. Serve with ghee.
