Prawns,curd,oil,green chilly ,garam masala,cardamom,cinnamon,bayleaves ,salt and sugar free.
In a bowl, mix curd with sugar-free and salt to balance the taste.
Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cardamom, and cinnamon to the hot oil,stir it for seconds the add curd nd green chilly,and cook for mins.
Add garam masala powder and cook for another minute.Now add the prawns to the pan and cover it. Cook for minutes until the gravy thickens.
Now transfer the curry to a serving dish and Serve hot with steaming rice.
