Roti as Base: Take wheat flour and add a paste of boiled soya granules in it for the roti base. Toppings: Grate and sauté g carrots, g cabbage + capsicum. Chutney as base sauce: Coriander, capsicum, mint, chillies,salt, lemon juice Make chapati and partially cook it. Used a little ghee on both sides and kept it on slow flame to make it crunchy. Added the chutney as sauce and then veggie toppings. Sprinkle some oregano, chilly flakes and grate cheese.
