5 wholeegg 20 ml ghee 1 medium tomato 2 medium onion 1 green chilli chopped 1 teaspoon ginger garlic finely minced Salt as needed 1 cup water 1 table spoon coriander leaves finnely chopped Spices 1 small bay leaf 2 green cardamons 2 cloves 1 inch cinnamon piece Spice 1 tea spoon garam masala powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
Heat ml oil add boil egg saute the eggs until golden brown Remove the egg in a plate And add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves cinnamon when smell apper in spices add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste little salt till light brown in colour then add greated tomato and saute well until the mixture turns mushy Add garam masala coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt fry everything well until a nice aroma comes out and the mixture leaves the side of the pan just add hot water make gravy cook until oil begans to separate add fried egg covers the lead for for min until the curry comes consistenty then cut the egg in middle cook more min then gas off add tbsp chopped coriander leaves and cover serve with rice roti yummy
