Dalia - 40 g
Yellow moong dal - 25 g
Onion - 25 g
Tomato - 25 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Ginger - 1/2
Green chilly - 1 medium
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Olive oil - 10 g
Dry roast Dalia. Wash Moong dal. Chop onion, tomato, green chilly, garlic and ginger
In a pressure cooker add oil, mustard seeds. After the mustard seeds splutter add garlic, ginger and green chilly. Saute for half a minute
Add onion and saute. Add tomato and saute.
Add Dalia + moong dal. Add and / cup water. (Use less water if you want thicker consistency)
Add salt, turmeric and close the cooker. Let it whistle - times. And Voila !! Enjoy
Optional : Garnish with pomegranate seeds and slightly sauted french beans.
