Arhar Dal 50 gm

Rice 60 gm

Ghee 12 gm

Onion 1 medium

Jeera 1 tea spoon

Heeng .5 tea spoon

Redchilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder 1 tea spoon

tomato half medium ripe

Garlic cloves 4

paneer 100 gm

Method

Step 1

Boil Dal in a pressure cooker for whistles.

Step 2

Prepare tadka Add Ghee to a pan Add heeng and jeera followed by finely chooped onion and cook until brown Add crushed garlic and cook for a minute. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for another mins. Add tadka to the dal and cook for mins

Step 3

For Paneer Bhurji Add oil to a pan followed by jeera and choppee garlic and saute for a min on low flame. Add chopped onion,tomato and green chilli and saute for mins Add salt,red chilli powder,corainder powder and turmeric. (garam masala optional) grate paneer and cook for mins.
