Salt as per taste
Soak Moong dal for hours. . Drain the water and grind the moong dal with ginger, green chilli and salt with little water to make the batter. . Heat the non stick pan and spread the chilla batter. . Cook on one side, flip it and cook the other side for few seconds. . Finally garnish with cheese. Eat with coriander and mint chutney. 😋
