Little onion, tomato, chaat masala, red pepper powder, cumin powder, cilantro all to sprinkle on top
- Bake puris, boil potatoes and mash them, boil moong ( after soaking them for few hours) -Chop onion, tomatoes and cilantro - Whisk curd and add little salt - layer with puri, potato, moong, onion, tomatoes, chutnies, whisked curd. - Sprinkle some red chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, cilantro and sev ( you can add little sugar to the curd if your macros allow)
