Ingredients

Ready made puris( I bought ready to fry ones and air fried them)

Sev- I replaced the nylon sev with readymade roasted sev

80 gm potato

25 GMs green moong whole

Dates and tamarind chutney, green chutney

Little onion, tomato, chaat masala, red pepper powder, cumin powder, cilantro all to sprinkle on top

Method

Step 1

- Bake puris, boil potatoes and mash them, boil moong ( after soaking them for few hours) -Chop onion, tomatoes and cilantro - Whisk curd and add little salt - layer with puri, potato, moong, onion, tomatoes, chutnies, whisked curd. - Sprinkle some red chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, cilantro and sev ( you can add little sugar to the curd if your macros allow)
