soaked soya granules 15 gms
curd 100 gms
oil 5 ml
musturd seeds 1/2 tea spoon
curry leaves (4 -5)
chopped ginger, green chilly , coriander
urad dal 1/2 tea spoon
squeeze out water from soaked soya graules and keep it aside. also beat the curd and keep it aside too..
heat oil in a pan and add musturd seed , curry leaves and urad daal and let them splutter.
then add the chopped green chilly and ginger and just fry them until its rawness is gone.
add the soya granules and stir it and switch off the gas.
Then add the beaten curd and salt to taste, then mix it well with soya granules and lastly add the chopped green coriander . Take out in a bowl and ready to serve.
