Ingredients

Toor dal 35 gms Cucumber/Dosakaya 200gms cut into dice Onion 1 small Salt, chilli powder 1tsp Turmaric 1/4 tsp Garlic clove 1 Curry leaves Cumin and mustard seeds Hing 1 pinch oil 7 gms

Method

Step 1

) In Pressure cooker add washed Toor dal and cucumber cubes, onion, Turmeric ) Pressure cook for whistles ) once pressure release add chilli powder and salt as per your taste )For Tadaka in pan add oil ,once oil hot add cumin and mustard seeds, when seeds spluttered add curry leaves,hing and crushed garlic clove ) Fry for mis and add that to dal )Serve hot with Rice or chapati.
