Rolled oats : 100 gms
Almond : 10 pcs
Coconut oil : 20 gms
Honey : 20 gms
Clove powder : a pinch
Cinnamon powder : a pinch
Cardamon powder : a pinch
Salt : a pinch
Seeds : Chia, Watermelon, pumpkin
Dried berries : cranberry, blueberry
Vanilla essence : 1/4 tsp
Preheat oven to ubua for minutes.
Mix the rolled oats and almonds, seeds together in a large bowl.
Mix well to combine.
Add in the spices salt, nutmeg, cardamom powder and stir thoroughly to combine.
Now add in oil, honey and essence .
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Spread out the granola mix and bake for about - minutes or until the mixture is light brown and toasty.
Do stir in between for even baking so that granola dont get burn.
Remove from the oven and add berries. Stir to combine.
Store in an air tight container as it cools down.
