Tofu - 250 grams
Oil - 15 grams
Cron Flour
Shechwan Sauce
Peanut Butter - 15 grams
Vinegar
Soya Sauce
Capsicum
Onion - 50 grams
Garlic - 4 Big Cloves
Chilly -2/3
Ketchup
Wash the Tofu and then dry it by pressing on it with a dry cloth.
Coat it with some Corn Flour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the Tofu in the pan till it becomes a little golden in a colour.
Remove it from the pan.
Add Garlic to the pan and let it Fry for a little.
Add onions and once it starts cooking add the Capsicum.
Add a little salt, Sauces and the peanut butter and let it cook. You will have to add a little water at this point to dilute the peanut butter and it tends to make gravy thick. Don't worry if it looks a little watery when you add water it tends to become thick in a few seconds.
Add the Tofu and Mix well.
Let it cook for a minute.
P.S:- You can use Scallions/Spring onion if you'd like.
