Pasta - 70 grams (dry)
Ginger garlic paste
Tomatoes - 100 grams
Garlic cloves - 3-4
Olive oil - 5 Ml
Prawns - 50 grams
Red bell pepper - 50 grams
Mushrooms - 50 grams
Oregano - half tsp
Salt - Add to taste
Pepper - half tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Mozarella cheese - 25 g
Chicken stock - 1 cube (the small maggi one)
Marinate the prawns in salt, pepper, red chilli powder & / tsp ginger garlic paste.
We need to roast the garlic, red bell pepper & tomatoes, we can do it in ways. ) On the stove, in a vessel with the oil or ) In an oven, based on what's available.
After roasting & cooling the garlic, red bell pepper & tomatoes, blend it into a fine paste.
Put the sauce on a pan on low/medium heat, add the mushrooms to the sauce & let them cook for a minute & release their water.
Add chicken stock, salt to taste, pepper, oregano & red chilli flakes to the sauce & let it cook until it's slightly thick & the water has reduced.
If you want your veggies to have a slight crunch to them, now would be the perfect time to add them to the sauce & cook.
Add the marinated prawns to the sauce & let them cook.
Cook the pasta as per the package instructions.
Add the boiled pasta & cheese & toss until combined, taste to see if it needs any salt or any flavours & add accordingly.
