Broccoli 100 gms
Carrots 20 gms
Ghee 3 gms
Milk 50 ml
Cheese 1 cube
oregano/black pepper/chilli flakes/salt
Blanch the Brocolli florets and Carrots in boiling water
To a pan add ghee and saute gm of wheat flour until it releases a good aroma
add milk and water and stir so there are no lumps of wheat flour
let it boil....add oregano, black pepper,chilli flakes and salt
add the blanched Brocolli and carrots
add cheese...serve hot.
