Palak - 150g
Pasta dry - 40g
Paneer/cottage cheese- 100g
Cheese - 10g
Butter- 5g
Ginger -5g
Garlic- 5g
Spices and herbs- Italian herbs, salt, black pepper powder, dried fenugreek leaves
Clean and cut the spinach. Add water to a large saucepan and bring it to boil. Add spinach leaves and switch off the flame. Let it be in water until it turns dark green. Remove it and add it to the bowl with cold water. Make a paste out of it by grinding it in the mixer.
Meanwhile , also bring water to boil in the other pot and add pasta to it adding salt. Let it cook until it’s half done. Strain the water and add pasta to cold water. Keep the pasta water.
In a pan, add butter and paneer cubes along with all herbs and spices and let it saute until it’s light golden brown. Add spinach paste and pasta along with pasta water and let it simmer for about - minutes.
Garnish with cheese or you may avoid this as well if you’re low on calories budget. Enjoy
