Prawns: 300 gm
Coconut milk: 70 ml
Onion: 60 gm
Tomato: 60 gm
Cardamom: 4
Cinnamon: Half an inch
Bay leaf: 1
Turmeric: 4 gm
Red chilli powder: 4 gm
Coriander powder: 4 gm
Ginger paste: 8 gm
Chillies: 4
Mustard oil: 10 ml
Salt: As per taste
Cumin seeds: 10 pieces
Add the bay leaf, cardamom, cumin seeds and cinnamon in the heated oil.
Add and fry the onion, tomato and ginger paste.
Then add the spices, salt and fry for another minutes.
Add the prawns and keep cooking till the water disappears.
Add the coconut milk and cook for another minutes.
Put the green chillies on top.
Serve hot.
