Banana :120 (110gms for cooking & 10gms for plating)
All purpose flour :10gms
Peanut butter :10gms
Baking powder:1/4 tsp
Baking soda :1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Stevia as per taste
Cinnamon powder :1/4 tsp
Soya milk:50ml
Almond flakes :3gms
Vanilla essence:2drops
Ghee : 1 gms : to be used on moulds
STEPS: . Take a bowl . Add banana and mash finely . Add milk, stevia,vanilla essence and mix well . Add powdered oats ,multi purpose flour and whisk without any lumps .Add baking powder,baking soda, cinnamon powder and whisk again . Take muffin moulds, oil/ ghee coat it with brush OR. Spray some food oil . Pour the muffin batter in to the moulds . Bake it/ air fry at degrees for minutes . Make the topping as per your choice using almonds,cinnamon and stevia ,oats and some banana .Enjoy your muffins π
