Peanut butter - 1 tbsp (30-35 grams)
Honey - 15 grams
Cocoa powder (unsweetened) - 8 grams
1 scoop whey of your choice
Salt (1 pinch)
In a bowl add all the ingredients together
It'll be a little messy but mix all the ingredients together with your hands
If it's too dry then add very less water to the mixture and knead it, you can add milk too, but . the calories go up . shelf life will go down
