Chicken breast - 100g
Wheat flour- 15g
All purpose flour/maida -15g
Cumin seeds - 1g
Ginger + garlic - 5g
Curd - 20g
Cabbage grated - 20g
Onion - 10g
Tomatoes- 10g
Mayonnaise lite- 1tbsp/ 10g
Ketchup- 1tbsp/15g
Spices- red chilly powder(1tsp) coriander powder, chat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder, nutmeg powder(All 0.5 tsp)
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Besan /bengal gram flour - 5g
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate it with salt, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic paste, lime juice and all the spices as mentioned. Add g curd and mix all well and marinate for about mins atleast
Take oil in a pan and heat it slightly, add besan and saute it for - minutes or until it gives nice fragrance. Switch off the flame and add red chilly powder and then pour it over marinated chicken tikka.
Brush the nonstick pan with oil and place tikka on it and cook it until it’s reddish brown and then flip it when it’s done. It would approximately take min on one side. For smokey flavour: place a coal on the stove and and let it light. Place a small bowl in a tikka pan and put coal in it and add a drop of oil on the coal. Cover the lid for - minutes or until smoke is settled.
Prepare a dough adding wheat flour and maida along with cumin seeds and roll it like chapati and then cook it on tawa as chapati.
Mix curd, ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl and spread this on the tortilla. Top it it grated onion, cabbage and chopped tomatoes in cylinderical shape. Lastly place chicken tikka on it. Then wrap it from both ends. Voila! It’s ready to eat
