Chicken Breast 100 gms wheat flour 40 gms veggies 100gm Low calorie tomato Ketchup 1 tspoon Ghee 8 gm salt black pepper

Method

Step 1

Pound the chicken breast Apply salt and black pepper

Step 2

Heat a grill pan apply gm of ghee grill the chicken breast on both sides for minutes each

Step 3

Make a flat bread of the wheat flour dough apply Ketchup add chicken tenders top it with veggies

Step 4

cook it on the grill pan by applying gms of ghee until golden
