150 grams boneless chicken breast
1 medium size onion
1 medium size tomato
Mint leaves (Pudina)
Curry leaves - 10 to 15 leaves
Spices (optional) - Cinnamon (Dalchini), elichi(Cardamom), clove (laung)
Butter (as required)
Garam masala/magic masala 10 grams
Salt (as pe taste)
In a pan add butter and fry onion till it becomes light brown
Once onion is light brown add tomato with half glass of water. Close the pan with lid and allow it to boil
Once the water is reduced to / , add the species (Dalchini, elichi,laung) add another half glass of water and boil it. Boil till entire water is evaporated
Switch off the gas and let it cool down
Put the prepared masala in mixer grinder and add pudina, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste to grind it to fine paste
Take the prepared paste in hot pan
Add dry spices - Haldi powder, chilly powder, daniya powder and jeera powder along with half glass of water and bring masala to boil
Add salt and gram masala/magic masala and allow it to cook for to mins
Add chicken and mix it well with masala and allow it to cook with closed lid for mins
Once the chicken is cooked, serve it hot with roti/bakri
