200gm Chicken breast
Cumin+ cloves + fenel +cinnamon +cardamom +ginger powder grind it together for dry masala.
10gm Wheat flour to make slurry

15gm oil
coriander and ginger slices to garnish.

add gm oil to pan and add clean chicken breast pieces to it. let it simmer and turn white, cook it till its soft and tender light golden in color. in another pan add gm of oil and add all the dry masala , chilly powder, turmeric, salt. add cooked chicken in it add some chicken stalk/hot water and let it cook for another -min . chicken has to be very soft.
Make thin slurry of wheat flour to the cooked curry and let it cook on very slow flame. garnish with ginger and coriander.
