Ghee/ oil 10gm
First take chicken and marinate it with white pepper and salt and set it aside for minutes.
Now take one pan add little oil and fry chopped onions till it turn little light brown add green chillies in it. Set it aside and let it cool . Now grind it in to fine paste.
Take one pan add some oil add cloves , cardamon, Peper and ginger garlic paste and roast it till golden brown.
Now add fine paste in it and roast it till oil separate and then add marinated chicken and curd mix it properly.
Let it be cooked for minutes now add cream and kasoori methi for garnishing.
Serve it hot with chapati or rice.
