Chicken (Cooked 1 kg for 4 days)
Mustard oil 15 gm
Ginger, garlic, green chilli paste
Kasuri methi dry roasted
Cumin seeds roasted and powdered
Coriander seeds roasted and powdered
Onion, tomato roughly chopped (two each)
Fresh Coriander leaves with roots
Whole spices for tempering the oil are big black elaichi (one piece), small green elaichi (2 PC), cloves ( 5 PC), whole black pepper balls, whole cumin seeds, bay leaf one.
For marination of chicken (preferably overnight). I used ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder, squeezed lime juice.
