minced chicken 80 g
wheat flour 30 g( cab be taken as per your macros)
salt
red chilly powder
amchoor powder or chat masala (1/2 spoon)
some fennel seeds 1/4 spoon
mustard seeds for tadka
Curry leaves 6-8
green chillies 4-5
ginger a small piece
5-6 garlic cloves
some ghee or butter for tadka or you can air fry the fare
First of all knead a dough with wheat flour by adding little salt to it Now grind some green chillies ginger and garlic along with minced chicken once your stuffing is ready start rolling a chapati with the kneaded dough Simultaneously boil water in a big vessel Now stuff the filling in the middle of a little big chapati and seal both the sides with some water and then the edges also will be sealed with water now add these rolls to the boiled water once it's cooked nicely it will start floating on the surface now strain these rolls in a colander and let it cool once the rolls have cooled down cut into thin slices with a knife you can either heat some butter or ghee and add mustard seeds to it once it starts popping add some curry leaves and slit green chillies to it add the slices of fare to the oil and add some red chilly powder and chat masala to it, now let it mixed up nicely to the slices you can serve it hot with green chutney
