Chicken: 400 gm
Turmeric: 2 gm
Red chilli powder: 3 gm
Cumin powder: 4 gm
Coriander powder: 4 gm
Ginger-garlic paste: 10 gm
Curd: 30 gm
Lemon juice: 10 ml
Tomato sauce: 15 gm
Salt: As per taste
Oil: 15 ml
Curry leaves: 7-8 pieces
Start by marinating the chicken with lemon, curd, ginger-garlic paste, spices and salt. Keep aside for minutes.
Heat the oil in a vessel.
Add the chicken and fry for another minutes at high flame.
Now put the flame on medium, close the lid and let it cook for minutes.
Add the sauce and cook for another - minutes at high flame, till all the water evaporates and it starts looking dry.
Garnish with chopped curry leaves.
Serve hot with phulka/rice.
