Spinach- 1 bunch ( 150 g)
Ghee / butter- 5 g
Garlic - 3-4 cloves (peeled )
Garlic - 1-2 cloves sliced for garnish
Ginger-small piece (1 cm )
Green chilli-1 ( as per your choice)
Salt
Rice / wheat flour- 5 g
Cheese cube -25 g (one )
Clean and blanch spinach leaves
In a mixture jar add - garlic pods , ginger and gree chilli and coarsely grind
Add blanched spinach and rice flour and grind
In a pan heat butter/ oil / ghee and add chopped garlic and fry till brown And remove it and keep aside
In the same pan add spinach mixture and cook till thicker like soup consistency , add salt
Serve hot garnished with burnt garlic and grated cheese
