Ingredients

Potatoes- 150gm

Egg- 2

Cheese - 25gm

Onion- 20gm

Tomatoes- 20gm

Spring onion greens

Butter/oil -5gm

Method

Step 1

Grate the potatoes after removing skin and wash it running through water using strainer. Add salt and leave it for - minutes. Then squeeze water and take it in bowl.

Step 2

Add mixed herbs, Italian herbs, black pepper powder. Let it kept aside for - minutes. Remove excess water if any.

Step 3

Beat two eggs in a bowl and add one to the potatoes. Take a baking tray and grease it with oil/butter and lay this potato-egg mixture at the bottom.

Step 4

Add remaining egg wash and grate cheese. Top it with veggies of your choice like onion, tomato, onion greens etc.

Step 5

Bake it in the airfryer for over minutes at deg C. Take it out once it’s done and scrape off through edges using spatula/spoon. Take it in a plate and relish this yummy delicious treat!
