Grated Carrot- 100gms
Unsweetened Almond Milk - 150ml (you can use any milk)
Paneer - 50gms
Ghee - 5gms
) Boil the Grated carrots for mins and keep it aside
) In a pan , take almond milk and add mashed paneer and some elaichi water and cook it on slow heat
) Once the first boil in milk starts coming add in ghee , boiled carrot and stevia (or sugarfree as per taste)
) Let the whole mixture cook on slow to medium flame for to mins or till the milk dries up to give you desired consistency.
) Serve it and Enjoy. Additionally you can garnish with nuts in your macros or add a scoop of vanills/kesar whey
