Step . Chop onion, garlic and chillies. You can add more vegetables you want. Step . Take a wok or a pan and heat the oil. Add the chopped onions, chillies and garlic and fry them until a little transparent. Then add the chopped vegetables of your choice and toss them in the pan until softened. Step . Add the poha to the vegetable. Add salt, turmeric and any other spice of your choice. Step . Serve it hot with boiled or poached eggs, a serving of fresh juicy mangoes and a cup of hot tea. Voila! Breakfast is ready. 😊
