Bottle gourd/Lauki/Doodhi- 100 gms

Lady's finger/Okra/Bhindi- 25 gms

) Peel and wash the lauki. Scoop out the flesh and chop the scooped part into tiny pieces. ) Take a non stick pan. On heating, add a green chilli and garlic cloves. Then add all the veggies(chopped capsicum, bhindi and lauki pieces). I didn't use any oil. Once the veggies are tender, add salt as per taste, chilli flakes, oregano and a small pinch of garam masala powder. Mix these well. ) Add grated paneer and mix well. ) Preheat the oven at degrees. ) Take the scooped lauki and add the filling and press it well. ) Add the grated cheese and bake at degrees for minutes and then minutes at degrees. ) Serve hot.
