For Pav: Wheat flour : 50 g Curd: 50 g Baking powder : 1 tsp Salt: 1/4 tsp (as per taste) Red Chilly powder 1/4 tsp
For Potato Filling: Potato 100 g (boiled and mashed) salt, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander and little lemon juice
For garlic chutney Garlic (paste): Made out of 5-6 cloves 1 tsp read chilly powder Salt as per taste
For Pav Mix everything and form dough. Leave aside for minutes
For Potato Filling Mix all the ingredients of potato filling and make small balls
Grease your palms with a drop of batter (of pav) and form a flat puri
Stuff the potato filling rolled in garlic chutney and roll the dough
Microwave for . minutes
Serve with green chutney or dip/chutney of your choice
