1 kg chicken Breast
2 large onions
150 ml oil
Two tables spoon ginger garlic paste (3/4 ginger, 1/4 garlic)
4 cloves
few small pieces of cinnamon
3 slit green chillies
3/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
5 table spoons thick soya sauce
3 table spoons vinegar
salt -accordingly
heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon. As they flutter add the finely sliced onions and fry till light brown
add the skit green chillies and fry a little more ,then add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell is gone
add the chilli powder, turmeric powder and add the chicken,soya sauce, vinegar and salt. Adjust the amount of soya sauce so that you get a dark brown colour
Add a little water and cook on low to medium heat till most of the liquid evaporates and the masala sticks to chicken
Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves and serve with bagara rice.
