Boiled chickpeas ( Chole / black chana)- 30 g raw ( soaked overnight and pressure cooked till nicely soft)
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Tahini paste or roasted sesame seeds - powder -10 g
Garlic- 2-3 cloves
Roasted jeera - half tsp (optional)
Green chilli- half ( optional)
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp (optional)
Olive oil - 10g
Salt to taste
Pressure cook soaked chickpeas with salt , they should be nicely soft and well cooked Soaked overnight or atleast - hours in water
In a grinder jar first add roasted sesame seeds and powder them Or You can use readymade tahini
Then in same grinder add chickpeas with some water , you can use same water in which peas were boiled , garlic,chilli ( optional),roasted cummin powder( optional)
Grind it to smooth paste Remove and mix juice of half lemon, g olive oil Adjust salt
While serving, add remaining g olive oil on top and sprinkle chilli flakes , chopped green garlic,parsley etc
